As of 11th June, 2013 the Celestial Pastures Shipping License is available in the market for 250 Farm Cash.
A look at the loading screen
The Space Shipping License is currently coded to become available on 17th June, the same day as general access. Update 11th June, Zynga decided to release it early and it is currently available in the market. It will be priced at 250 FC, and will later be free when the Beat Event is released.
